I tested again today. Manually added an address to the USERS.LST by editing
the file via List Mgr. Tested that it worked, mail to the list was delivered
to the address. Then sent an usubscribe message from the users's address.
The address was removed from the list and a "sucessful unsubscribe" was
emailed to the user's mailbox.
