After three days of receiving the digest version of
this list, I would like to request a feature in the
IMail list server.

HTML messaging is nearly a standard, and most email
programs will send the message in plain text and HTML
for compatibility, and I'm sure anyone else on the
Digest knows where I'm going.

There must be a way to trim out the HTML version of a
post before appending it to the digest. Trying to
decipher anything in here with messages being quoted
and HTML'd and on and on is a serious nightmare.

The other way is to strip out the plain text version,
append the HTML version to the digest and send it all
as HTML/Text. So at the worst, a plain text email
reader would get a single repeat of the digest. But
the important thing is that each message in the digest
is not 500 lines long with a quoted reply and HTML
encoding.
