You have a virus, it was on the list a while ago, it's an easy one to get

What if somebody spoofs your e-mail address?

I occaisionally get e-mail that looks like I sent it to myself (from
[EMAIL PROTECTED], to [EMAIL PROTECTED]), asking me to check out
something at stuart.messagemates.com. Is this a clever spammer, or
a virus?
