There is another possibility that I have not tried but should work... Delete the workgroupshare mdb (database) then run a repair install from the control panel. This should re-create the database and then repopulate it with the corrected aliases.txt entries

We're in the process of installing Imail 2006.3. We ran the wgscvt.exe utility before the alias.txt files were corrected. I have 15 users who have over 200 personal contacts that need to be deleted. I was told by IPswitch tech support that the only way to eliminate all of these entities from these users is to log on as these users and delete these contacs one at a time.

Can this possibly be correct? I'm assuming there's a reason that the individual contacts are being stored in the master database... There IS a reason, correct? The nice part about doing so is that you can delete the user accounts, re-add the accounts, and the erroneous information is still present. Any ideas? Any utilities on the way? This just seems so completely half baked that I'm at a loss for words...
