PGP is a client side tool. It can be used with some SMTP servers where
public and private keys are mapped based on sender/recipient combos but the
licensing alone would be in excess of $3000 USD.
GnuPG at www.gnupg.org is an excellant alternative and the cost $0. The
win32 version is still considered alpha code right now but seems to work
well and is compatible with PGP ( to some degree).
