There are several solutions you can implement. I've found that mxguard, Invariant's URI and Message Sniffer is an excellent choice and biggest bang for the buck. I've often wondered if Imail's Antispam was worth the $ since the only people that I've heard say anything good about it is Ipswitch. I'm sure it works but the cost is too high compared with other choices in my book. Good luck!
