Betreff: [IMail Forum] School email requests... any ideas?

We're running latest version of Imail and older Declude.  A customer that happens to be a school district made the following request.  I'm trying to come up with a solution, but I'm hoping some of the better minds here have already solved the problem.

Here's the request:

Student Email Use
We are going to be using about 10 e-mail accounts in one of the advanced classes to train students in Outlook. We would like to restrict student use as follows:

  1. They can e-mail only each other and the teacher.
  2. They are restricted from using this account to register on-line for anything.
  3. Can we have copies of any transmission automatically sent to the teacher?
  4. Can we limit hours of operation?

Naturally we will implement this via policy and each student will sign an agreement. We will assign passwords and not allow students to change them.

Any ideas / suggestions appreciated!

-Joe
