Make sure that nothing has gotten auto-added to the connection filtering IP address list?
Travis
I've already enabled that. In addition to that problem some users are getting relaying denied errors. This new update really messed up the SMTP service.

Under SMTP Settings à Advanced try enabling "Listen on All IP's" – then restart SMTP
Also check the control access list to be sure nothing is in there that would cause this

Subject: [IMail Forum] URGENT!!!! 2006.1 doesn't accept smtp connections from hosts on local network after update
I am having a really hard time with 2006.1…
Any host that is a member of my domain is unable to send or receive email after the 2006.1 update.
Hosts that are outside the network local to the email server are able to send/receive as before. Does anyone know what is going on? This started after updating to 2006.1 from 2006.03…I have been working on this since this morning.
