Mailbee POPs email, and keeps it stored locally, so
space has to be managed there as well. Feature-wise, it's just your basic
webmail with full HTML email support. All administration, vacation
messages, password changes, etc. must still be done in IMail's
webmail.
Our users had no trouble understanding the
difference between the two webmail systems, and generally use one or the other,
but I can see how that could be a problem for some.
We've found most problems occur when you take
something away. Having another system available has not been a problem for
us.

Subject: AW: [IMail Forum] mailbee Hi,
The general problem with 3rd Party WebMail-Application with
IMail is this: The WebMail from IMail is generaly a IMAP Client. So fare, so
good, but IMail specific settings will be made directly on the filesystem, e.g
Lists, responders and so on. A 3rd Party WebMail will not support every feature
which IMail offers. The user should have access to both WebMails which can
confuse a user.
btw: I like the new WebMail from IMail 2006.1. It looks
nice and it's pretty fast. I hope, that missing things will follow soon.
