Actually Spamhaus had representation during the onset of the lawsuit, but when it became apparent when Spamhaus could not get the case moved to another jurisdiction they fired their attorneys.

I don't want them shut down but I know if you don't show up in court and fight you can assure that the decision probably won't be in your favor, either way.
