It happens almost daily with us.  What we have done (as per Imail support)
is delete the .xml file corresponding to the mailbox that generates the
error (ie main.xml for the Inbox).  Once the .xml file is deleted the user
can just refresh the page and Imail re-generates the .xml file.  I had sent
them a copy of one of the .xml files for them to examine, but haven't heard
anything from them on it.

I am using 2006.1 and often users call in with corrupted mailboxes.
What we usually find is an email with a large attachment.  If we manually
remove the message with a text editor their mailbox works again.  There
error they receive is as follows:

An error occurred and the messages could not be retrieved for the selected
folder.  You will now be returned to your home page.

I'm wondering how common this is.  Anyone have the same issue?  I do have
mailbox size restrictions in place, if that makes a difference.
