I am running Imail 8.22 and I have a customer that has a complaint about duplicate messages. This has happened many times in the past where some messages will be duplicated in their inbox. It usually just goes away for a while. I am at a loss to explain it. I have cleared the cache, their mailbox, their mailbox index, but none of this appears to help.
