So now you have the bleeding stopped.  Time to figure out what is wrong.  What has changed?  Obviously something has.  The messages that come in are always somewhat different, but the web messaging service only sees those when trying to display the email to the recipient.  How many people are logged in at any time?  How much email do you regularly handle per day?  How is the server configured?  Memory in use?  Have you scanned the file system and hard drives for logical/physical errors?  Are you seeing any errors in the event log?  When the iwebmsg goes down, what is captured in it's log?  Do you have logging enabled?  etc. etc.
