Clean up the temp files in the web directory too.
I had this happen before and as soon as I removed all temp files it went away.
Stop the web mail first then remove all.

Wouldnt hurt to try...

2. Does anyone have a script on how I can configure the scheduler to stop/start web messaging automatically? I tried "net stop iwebmsg.exe" but it says that it's not a valid service even though the Windows services uses this executable to start Web messaging.
Just "net stop iwebmsg". Leave off the ".exe"

A small 2-line batch file:

net stop iwebmsg
net start iwebmsg

should do the trick.
I tested it on my 8.22 server and it does work for me.
