We retry every 30 minutes for 10 hours...

I see a lot of grey listing returns from other server in the logs but
usually the mail goes through on the next try.

Note that the 421 status is a temporary error which would be consistent with
greylisting.

That is the intent with the theory being only legitimate MUA's would queue
the message and retry later.

What is your retry interval?  If you try once a minute and their wait time
is thirty minutes then twenty attempts wouldn't do it.

Of course being comcast a better theory is they goofed up again :-)
