Hi Jeffery,

Do you have the [ and ] escaped in your rules? If you are looking for [spam] the rule should have \[spam\].

Subject: [IMail Forum] Rules Filtering Wrong Stuff

IMail 2006 (v10). Have a rule that filters messages that have [SPAM] in the subject and dumps them into a spam subfolder. Works great except it's also randomly dumping good mail in the subfolder also. I've had two IMail 2006 servers do this to me now. Didn't have this issue with the old version of IMail we were running, so it has to be something broken with the rules filtering. Nothing in the subject of the misdirected emails remotely matches the rule.
