I feel your guys pain, please if there is a resolve let us know what it
is.....I to have been having problems with the new Imail as far as web mail.
Sometimes it sends and sometimes it does not or it just times out....
Ipswitch Needs to get on the ball with this product I hope there already
working on Another patch because we need it....

We have the new HKSI WebMail Templates for IMail v6+ installed. All has
been working fine for last week. Now all of a sudden we cannot send mail via
Web Mail.
Sending mail via Outlook works no problem.
So... we get on phone with IMail support and re-install the latest 6.02
Imail Web templates - just to make sure it is not the HKSI templates. Again
to no avail - we still can't send mail via the 6.02 new IMail templates
either?
Steve here, (who started this thread) is on with IMail support now for last
1.5 hours and still no solution.
Any suggestions/ideas from UG IMail gurus?
We are running Imail on Twin P500's Dell NT Server, lot's of memory, etc.,
etc.
