Well, it has been a while since I read the license and I am not a lawyer,
but my understanding of almost every s/w license I have ever read, does not
give you the rights to 'transfer' a licence to use the software. All I'm
saying is that, technically, one could be considered to be in violation of
your license by transfering it and the persons who purchases it, has no
claim with the vendor. If I bought yours, I would not be entitled to support
from Ipswitch. PS: here is the first line of the license: 1. You are granted
a non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use....

I'm also saying that if your purchase a Service Agreement, you are entitled
to the current version and I don't think you can buy the full version for
the costs of the 'upgrade'. You would 'keep' your orginal license and the
S/A extends it to V6.0x and you get phone support.

The others comments are also valid (I read Cal's, Grant's and Brian's).

Sorry, if you take offense to my earlier message, but let's call it
truthfully! If you do sell your IMail license, you are transfering ownership
and that is restricted by your license. If you read it differently, fine,
but you take the risk on your own sholders.
