The script Scott has written can be modified if you know some ASP, if
not you can request a modified copy from him by emailing him off his
website. However, be careful what fields you REQUIRE, because legally
you cannot require sex, income, or education.... not sure about age, I
think
you can only require 18 or older or something like that, but not actual age.
I
might be wrong about age, but the others are true... so be careful on that.
