IMail 5.08 NT

Is there an issue with Web Messaging loosing the trailing > in the email
address and therefore IMail can't send out the message because it thinks
that the receipient is a local user? I have looked at the KB but haven't
found anything. Has anyone else run into this? Below my signature is the
error message.

Any help is appreciated.

If you look below at the lines that say:

You will see the answer:

The message is Unknown User and it is from your the toniworks _receiving_
mail server. For some reason the SMTP sending mail server is not
processing/receiving the trailing > from the address. That means it is
processing the e-mail as though it were a user on the toniworks.com system
as

Terence Krell <[EMAIL PROTECTED]@toniworks.com

which is, of course, not a real user.

Continuing farther, we see the line:

> To: Terence Krell <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

which indicates the address was correct to start with. So somewhere that
trailing right caret is getting lost and screwing up the whole mess.
