Dear Sirs,
We have an Imail Server 5.08 installed on Win NT 4 SP 6A.
Since a few hours, on any attempt to access the web services on port 8383, the Imail web services hang on just after the user login and the following message is displayed: Dr. Watson with Iwebmsg.exe access violation I need to manually restart the service but on new user attempt to access is the same.
So it’s impossible to access this service without resulting in a crash.
What is the cause and what should we do to resolve this problem?
