We are running Imail 6.02 on NT 4 SP5. Many of our users reported that quite often they don't get their mail when using a mail client (e.g, Outlook), but when using the web messinging, they can see and read the messages. And after that, the messages are retrievable by the mail client. Another urgent problem: we got multiple (over a dozen) smtp32.exe running that can been seen from the Task Manager. This gradually taking away all the memory and virtually disable the server. Please help to resolve these urgent problems. Thanks a million!
