ASP is an option to have server-side applicatons, as is FP extensions, not 
a required part of IIS.  I'm talkin nekkid IIS.

Yes, ASP is powerful and free, but requires 3 to 4 times as many lines of 
code as does Cold Fusion.  And assuming, for each platform, the same number 
of bugs per 1000 lines of code...
