Problem 1: IIS and IMail web messaging can't serve http pages on the same
port. If you leave IMail on the default 8383, and IIS on the default 80,
you won't have a problem.

Problem 2: IIS's SMTP service is needed for CDONTs code in some ASP
applications that send mail, but the stock install of MS-SMTP will compete
with IMail's SMTP service on port 25. MS-SMTP is rarely needed to listen
on port 25, so just change it's listener port, and you'll be fine.

Many of us run IIS and IMail on the same box without any problems, as long
as these are dealt with.
