[IMail Forum] Address groups

Hi,

Does someone know how to allow an user to create address groups, i.e. an address 
pointing to several others (someone call it an "exploder") without being a privileged 
one?
In other words, I would like users be able to create personal lists of users, such as 
"[EMAIL PROTECTED],[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
