[IMail Forum] parse all users

Whats the best way to parse all your users email addresses to a text file on
a server that is hosting multiple virtual domains? Makelist only seems to
work per virtual domain.

Something like a mailall h- ALL, but rather than send mail have it parse
email addresses to a text file.
