Note that other messages posted to this list and others on the internet are done as a courtesy for those subscribers with slower machines, and plain text creates less work load for mail servers. But don't take my word for it, notice other posts and you'll see what I'm saying. I'm sure 99% of the list users are capable of sending HTML messages, but refrain from doing so for the above mentioned reasons, (there may also be other reasons, too). It's just good internet etiquette.

Well, it's not the Rich Text issue that's causing this particular user from receiving attachments.  It was a problem for other people but now that the individuals are not using Rich Text she still cannot receive them.  Any ideas?
