Ryan,
You should be able to tell the firewall proxy arp for the mail server's
address and do one-to-one NAT between the external and internal address or
if you are using only one ip address, have it port forward from the valid
address to the internal address for the mail protocols. I've not used a Pix
firewall, so I can't give details. I don't think you need to tell the Imail
server the valid external address as long as the DNS entries are right.
