We have exactly this sitution with one of our clients, but without PIX in
between. On the client's 3460 that accepts our WAN line, we added a
ethernet interface to access his Exchange machine (Imail in your
case). The rest of the client's web traffic is NATted, but for this one
public server, we set it up with a public ip address on a kind of DMZ on
its own Ethernet segment behind the client's 3620.
