If your DNS is really workiing, just wait a while and you should see the
Queue shrink. If you open Task Manager and see a bunch of SMTP32 processes,
that could mean that they are left over from your bad DNS time. You can
restart the computer or get the kill.exe from the NT Resource kit, they use
'kill smtp32' to stop all those processes. Now you can go to the Queue and
do the Send One, Send All (or again , just wait for your Queue Timer to
elapse).
