Hi,

I have IMail working a test server with SQL 7.0 external database in one NT
domain. I can login to the web templates just fine. We have our production
server with the same setup co-located. So it is at a different domain. I
can't log in using the web templates. The only difference I can see hardware
wise is the production server has dual NICs. One is configured with the
external IP address. And the other with the backend IP address for our
administration.

The web templates simply report a bad password. The Imail client utility
reports the same thing. I've tried logging in with the userID, the
[EMAIL PROTECTED] <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> and [EMAIL PROTECTED]
<mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> . What could some possible causes be? I
don't have the DNS mail records pointing to the server yet (not quite ready
to go live). But from the local machine, I should be able to login with
http://localhost:8383/ <http://localhost:8383/> . The web page does come up;
but it won't login. Please advise. Thank you.
