Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. That was it. I had my Imail services on my
test box starting under an account that had SQL permissions. I totally
flaked on the services on the production box. Our DBA is cracking down on
SQL permissions (rightly so). But there are just more T's to cross and I's

This sounds like a permissions issues across your network. Make sure that
the IMail services are running as a user that has permission to SQL machine
and database.
