I have no logical explanation why the files stay in the queue
however I do know that if you run isplcln about once a week
it will clean out any of those pesky files that are not needed
anymore.  Including the "Q" files.

I had the access violation error once and found an old message
still in the queue.  (2 or 3 days old).  I removed that and the
access violations went away.  Have not had the problem since
then.
