Hi - I'm a new poster to the list. I've been watching it for a few days and
seen some good stuff so I figured I'd try my luck with a question...
We've been using IMail (v.5.07) for a while here as just a regular mail
server. I wanted to get more involved with it and start sending
newsletter-like messages to our customer base.
I have manually setup a list (by editing the users.txt and users.lst files)
and will include unsubscribe info in the message trailer. The list is
moderated and currently only the owner can post to it.
MY QUESTION: Is there any way to deny a user from REPLYING to a list? I
want to redirect any questions to a form on a website and a different
"customer service" mailbox.
I know I can say that "any replies to this will not be answered" or
something, but I was hoping to just get an automatic rejection. If I change
the "reply to" address on the list owners mailbox, then the initial mailing
doesn't work.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to reply directly
to me.
Thanks!
- Andy
