If you have the list set to "Reply-To Sender" (the default), they should receive the mail with the Sender: the list owner, the From: the sending user, the Reply-To: the sending user, and the To: the list address. If you set it to "Reply-To List," they should receive the mail with the Sender: the list owner, the From: the sending user, the Reply-To: the list address, and the To: the list address. Such are your options.
