Chris,
The log you included shows the IMonitor portion of IMail attempting to
stop/start the web messaging service. Unfortunately, if you had a DR Watson
visit (when the service went down), that screen that must be acknowledged,
could keep IMonitor from actually performing its work. There is a KB article
that tells you how to stop Dr W from displaying that screen.
As I read the log, because the service was stopped (already), IMonitor could
not stop it (in the second line). All the rest of the line seem normal.
After the time in the log, did you find the Web Messing service was not
running?
