Angela, What version of IMail are you using, what e-mail sofware are you
using? I am experiencing the exact same problem, but I am using IMail vs
4.06. Some of my users are using Netscape Messenger for e-mail. This fix
solved their problem: http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-19990408-EM01.htm.
Others are using Eudora vs. 4.02 or 4.3. I was told by Ipswitch 'tech
support that they no longer support IMail 4.06. I need to buy a new server
(My current server is Alpha) in order to upgrade. I am in the process of
doing that. I will be very disappointed if the upgrade doesn't solve my
problem.
