In trying to figure out what is happening to this client's messages, I've
come across what appears to be that she just closes the browser -- no
logoff. Talking to her about it, she said she was trying to open a message
with an attachment (a large Word doc). They are currently running on AOL to
get to their Web mail (moving to DSL in the next week). The message was
"taking too long", so she just closed the browser and shutdown her system.
Could this have cause the other messages to be deleted (okay, I'm grasping
at staws here, but I need to come up with some answers)?
