For the directory issue, you may consider creating the
directories with "md" after executing "adduser".
"adduser" does not currently allow setting host administrators.
This can be implemented by doing an OR of 0x0100 with the
current value of the registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Ipswitch/IMail/Domains/yourdomain/users/admuser/

(substitute yourdomain for your domain and admuser for the admin
user). A Perl script (using the Win32::registry module) or a small C
program that performs this operation on the registry would make the
user a host administrator.
