Related to the following mail, you peole suggest that IMAIL will not work as we want. So in this case, what IMail do if it is not providing this facility, in other words, What you people are extracting from IMAIL. How u people are using it. I know one ISP which is using IMAIL. They say that they are using IMAP service. They are using it in say way as we want. i.e using IMAIL as web interface, and customer enter by writing USerID and Password. to check their mails. How they have done it , I don't know, if any one of you can give some idea about it, I will be very grateful. I don't believe this would work well. You might be able to point IMail's directory to the same directory as your existing server, and assuming they used the same file format it might work. File sharing / mailbox locking would not be handled properly. IMail's webmail uses IMAP4 for its interface. If your existing mail system could run IMAP4, you could try disabling IMail's IMAP4, then use Webmail.
