Does anybody know why outgoing mail for a specific virtual domain would
suddenly stop working? Suddenly, one of my customers (whenever they go to
send e-mail from any of their addresses) gets the error:
The SMTP server name mail.virtualdomain.net you specified cannot be
found.
They can receive e-mail just fine. This has happened a few times. Many
different machines, mail clients, and dial-up providers tried. Any
suggestions?
