Take at look at this batch file I wrote. It is simple minded but it works.
It also shows the commands for doing net stop and net start.

Basically it is..
net stop SERVICENAME
net start SERVICENAME
Where the service name could be specified like...
net stop IMWEBMSG 'or' net stop "Imail Web Messaging"
