Brian,

I see that you are now back at 4.07! But I also see that when I check DNS
for this domain, I get:

kcweb.com.
    nameserver = NS.QNI.com.
    nameserver = NS2.QNI.com.
    209.126.0.50
    10, mail.kcweb.com.
mail.kcweb.com.
    209.126.64.33
33.64.126.209.in-addr.arpa.
    host = mail.kcweb.com.

But when I connect to the SMTP service, it says:
220 X1 NT-ESMTP Server kcweb.com (IMail 4.07 112604-7)

Is this the only domain in the IMail system? Is IMail using the Primary IP
address of the computer for this domain? If the second is true, the OHN of
IMail does not match the computers TCPIP settings (Host and Domain Names),
so you MUST have an entry in the HOSTS file.

I also wonder if the TCPIP settings (IP, Host or Domain names) have ever
been changed? NT is not so good at updating the
winnt\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file and it should be checked!

Local name resolution (TCPIP settings and HOSTS file) not being correct, can
cause Web Msg problems in locating the web files.
