That's an awful waste of Imail and the PC just to store and forward. You
realize that there won't be any mail accounts on the Imail machine? Why
not just have your Imail machine relay for him?
I suggest that you put his Exchange box on the GNAT's DMZ interface.

What you could do is put the Exchange machine on the 3rd i/f of the GNAT
box, isolated in the DMZ, carefully packet filtering to protect Exchange
and give a public ip and registered domain name to the Exchange box.
Point the client domain.com's MX at your Imail. Your Imail relays to his
ip and domain.com name.
On the GNAT, just set up the packet filtering so only your Imail's ip
address can communicate with his exchange's ip address.

naw, we have large client connected to us via leased line, and all his
workstations come out from behind his Cisco's NAT to use our DNS's. Can't
see why you and GNAT can't do the same.
