[IMail Forum] Distribution Lists

Is there any way to allow project managers (users) to create and
maintain their own email distribution lists (aliases)?  If I create a
distribution-list folder below Imail and allow all users to maintain
distribution list folders below that with their own lists (.lst files),
would Imail recognize them?
