Hello,
I am having a problem where one user has tried
to send an attachment during few days, and continuously he can not do it
(because suddeny there is no response from the server).
I have connected to Imail using by WInCE
device, and have managed to get the same error (even without any
attachments).
I looked at the log files (SYSMMDD.TXT files
in the Spool directory) and for some reason, there is a strange command
sometimes, which is EHLO instead of HELO.
After this command there is always a 500
COMMAND NOT IMPLEMENTED error.
Is this an SMTP error, and could this be the
problem with my timeouts?
