Indeed, some EHLO commands do not have errors afterwards.
I still don't know why the timeouts.
I thought this might have been a DNS problem.
I asked the user to put the IP address of the mail server instead of the
host name, and also increase the Server Timeout from 1 minute to 3 minutes.
Didnt help.
