Here, here. That is only as it should be, and I am indeed distressed to
hear no one was answering the phones during any portion of "office
hours." I am biased, as IMail has mostly behaved well for us, and some
of my colleagues have far more dismal results with other packages, BUT
support is either there or it isn't, and if you've paid for it and it
isn't there, there's a big problem. Bill Gates may say email isn't
"mission critical," but he sure hasn't spoken with MY users.
