Do you know why it created a submailbox instead of
transfer it to someone?

Check your rules.ima file. Search for [EMAIL PROTECTED].
I've seen your problem happen before, but there may be more than one cause for
this. In our case, our rules file was supposed to forward the email to
the administrator, but instead it created a submailbox.

[EMAIL PROTECTED]
But
it is not belong to him.
This email address is belong to the system
administrator.
I do not know why, can you help
