[IMail Forum] unknow mailbox

Today, one of our user complain that when he use web based email, there = is a submailbox in his mailbox  the name is [EMAIL PROTECTED] But it is not belong to him. This email address is belong to the system administrator. I do not know why, can you help me Thanks
